Securely pack the items in their original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached.
Label and Ship
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
